This is my quest to do Ironman Arizona for a 2nd time using Ben Greenfield's Triathlon Dominator program. My goal is to swim 2.4 miles, bike 112 miles and run 26.2 miles in under a time of 10:59:59. I will be doing this by training an average of 10 hours a week.

Training is going very, very well. I am finding that while these workouts are tough, they are very, very doable. At this point in time, I feel very strong after the workouts. Don’t get me wrong, they are still mean, but Ben does an amazing job in making each and every workout very specific and easy to follow.

This is the date I start my training for Ironman Arizona 2010. I’m pretty nervous. Actually I’m very nervous. I know it’s over 9 months away, and I’m going to make it happen.
